RESERVATION SPECIALIST:

Location: Heraklion, Crete.
Type: Seasonal
Work Schedule: 6 days/ 40 hours per week
CV required in English and Greek

Your role:
Experienced OR not experienced in Reservation Departments.
Handle daily hotel and service reservations, updates, and confirmations.

Responsibilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and online reservation systems efficiently.
• Entering and managing stop sales, allotments, and availability updates.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and follow-up skills

Requirements:
• Fluent in Russian & English
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, with a good level of organization and time management
