DIGITAL MARKETING & BRAND AWARENESS SPECIALIST:

At Enorme Hotels & Villas, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness Coordinator to join our team and help us create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze content to enhance brand image and engagement.
• Plan the strategy of the newsletters to keep clients informed about special offers, events, and news.
• Maintain strong communication with the guest base through regular email updates.
• Develop and curate content for the website, social media, and other platforms (e.g., photos, videos, blog posts, etc.).
• Ensuring content promotes hotel experience and drives engagement.
• Organize and promote hotel events (e.g., themed events, holiday celebrations,
special offers).
• Collaborate with the other departments to ensure smooth execution and promotion.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Generate reports to refine digital marketing strategies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Increase customer engagement and bookings through targeted campaigns.

Requirements

• Education in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management,
ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong content creation and writing skills for various platforms.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience organizing events or activities in the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
