Metaxa Hospitality Group is looking for its HR department:

HR Data Analyst

As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining HR databases and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Group. You will work with the Research & Development Junior Manager to deliver accurate and actionable HR reports.
This role is based at our main offices in Heraklion (Crete).

Main responsibilities:

• Manage HR databases and documents
• Manage and administer the HR platform
• Provide support for HR systems/programs
• Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources
• Maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports for key metrics
• Extract statistical data requested regarding personnel
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency of HR information
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends
• Performing audits on HR documents when required
• Participate in HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent field
• Min 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral skills)
• Excellent use of MS Office (strong skills in excel)
• Postgraduate degree is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Data & analytical skills

• Teamwork and cooperation spirit
• Ability to maintain and update HR databases
• Ability to create detailed reports from HR data sets
• High level of integrity, while handling confidential material
