We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Messaging) to join our Head Offices team on a full-time, year-round basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer communication via email and messaging platforms
• Provide high-quality customer support and timely responses
• Manage and follow up on customer requests
• Collaborate with internal departments and hotel teams
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
• Strong email handling and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Background in the hospitality or hotel industry
